Miss Naples has the right to cancel a cruise due to mechanical issues, a minimum number of passengers not being met and/or inclement weather such as lightening or a hurricane. If we cancel your cruise due to one of these conditions you will be issued a refund and or rescheduled to a new date. We do not cancel on cloudy days – sometimes these days provide the best sunset. No refund will be offered on these days. Sailing in the Gulf is a highlight of the trip but if the weather conditions are too rough we will stay in the bay – we don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable and safety of our guests is our number one priority.

The boat is open air with a canopy on top for guests who do not want to be directly in the sun. There is no air conditioning so please make sure to dress comfortably. The cruise does give off a nice breeze. Onboard seating is first come, first serve and you will find a variety of different snacks as well as a selection of beer, wine, soda and water available from the fully staffed bar for purchase. Credit cards and cash accepted. Due to our license no outside food or beverage can be brought on board. For private events we have options for additional catering services. There are two restrooms on board. Miss Naples is a non-smoking vessel.

Make sure to pack your sunscreen, sunglasses and cameras. Wear something comfortable and for evening cruises you might want to bring a light jacket or shawl. We recommend ladies please try to avoid high heels. For shelling cruises, you are welcome to wear swimsuits, please bring towels as we do not have them onboard. For sunset trips please no swimsuits.

Boarding the boat does require a few small steps. On board there are handrails throughout. There are two bathrooms on board and to access them it does require going down a stairway into the hull of the boat. There are handrails to assist.
